摘要 以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,由L-乳酸合成L-丙交酯(L-LA),考察了裂解温度对丙交酯粗产率及光学纯度的影响。结果表明:随着裂解温度升高,丙交酯收率逐渐升高,但纯化后丙交酯光学纯度逐渐下降,当温度为205℃时,粗产率达72.5%,光学纯度最高,达到99.8%;当温度255℃时,粗产率最高达到98.3%,光学纯度为50.9%;通过1 H-NMR、FTIR对丙交酯微观结构及其含量进行表征,采用DSC、GC-MS手段对丙交酯熔点和化学纯度进行了测试,另外利用TG-FTIR进行了丙交酯裂解反应跟踪分析。 Effect of the depolymerization temperature on the crude yield and the optical purity of L-lactide(LA) from L-lactic acid was investigated with Sn(Oct)2 as catalyst. The results showed that the increase in the depolymerization temperature might increase the crude yield of L-lactide gradually, whereas, decreased the optical purity. When the depolymerization temperature was 205℃, the crude yield reached to 72.5%, while the optical purity increased to 99.8% ;when the depolymerization temperature was 255 ℃, the crude yield reached to 98. 3 %, while the optical purity decrease to 50.9 %. The microstructures of LA have been characterized by means of FTIR and 1H-NMR, melting point and purity of LA was tested via DSC and GC-MS methods. In addition, applying TG-FTIR technology, the de-polymerization process was analyzed.
