氨基末端脑钠肽前体与急性心肌梗死的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 脑钠肽(BNP)是利钠肽家族中研究最为深入的一种神经激素,在心脏结构和功能的维持中起着重要作用。当心室肌细胞压力负荷增加时合成分泌含134个氨基酸残基的前脑钠肽原,其后被迅速剪切掉含有26个氨基酸残基的信号肽,形成BNP前体,随后前体在血液中分解成具有生物活性的BNP和无生物活性的氨基末端脑利钠肽前体(NT—proBNP)。
