2型糖尿病并发冠心病与基质金属蛋白酶9水平的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 level and coronary heart disease in type 2 diabetic patients

摘要 根据冠状动脉造影结果将患者分为2型糖尿病组27例、冠心病组30例、2型糖尿病合并冠心病组32例,并选取32名正常对照者,分别测定血清基质金属蛋白酶9浓度和其他临床及实验室生化指标。结果显示,基质金属蛋白酶9在2型糖尿病并发冠心病中可能起一定作用。 Twenty-seven cases of simple type 2 diabetes mellitus, 30 cases of coronary heart disease, and 32 cases of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study according to the results of coronary angiography. Meanwhile, 32 healthy subjects were taken as a control group. The serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9 ) and other clinical and laboratory parameters were determined. The results showed that serum MMP-9 may play a minor role in the progression of coronary heart disease in type 2 diabetic patients.
