摘要
大脑中动脉闭塞/再灌注(MCAO/R)实验动物模型研究显示,脑缺血/再灌注时,基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)表达异常,提示其于脑缺血再灌注损伤有关,金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(TIMPs)可特异性抑制MMPs的活性,从而有望成为治疗缺血性脑血管病的新手段。
The study of middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion on experimental animal model shows that matrix metalloproteases has an abnormal expression in cerebral ischemic and reperfusion, which indicates that MMPs is related to cerebral ischemic and reperfusion injury. Tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases can inhibit the activity of MMPs, so the using of TIMPs can he a new method to treat the ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
