摘要
目的:探讨颈椎骨质增生采取中药治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院2009年1月～2011年1月收治的颈椎骨质增生的患者60例,采用中药治疗,对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组60例患者,临床治愈57例,占95%,有效3例,占5%,服药为1～4个疗程,疼痛在用药2剂后即明显减轻或消失,无明显不良反应发生。结论:本组药方以补骨脂、当归、狗脊益肝肾、滋阴血,生髓填精以补督脉而治本,威灵仙、乌梢蛇、木瓜、苏木、秦艽、丹参、散寒凝、祛风湿、止痛、活血化瘀以治标,葛根清气升举,引药养筋缓急、治诸痹而佐使,诸药共同配合使用,可活血化瘀、祛风除湿,止痛消痹,用于颈椎骨质增生的治疗,可起到较佳临床效果。
Objective：To investigate the cervical vertebra osteoproliferation take traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect.Methods：in our hospital from 2009 January to 2011 January were cervical bone hyperplasia in 60 patients,treated in TCM,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：in this group of 60 patients,clinical cure in 57 cases,accounting for 95%,effective in 3 cases,accounting for 5%,taking 1 to 4 courses,pain in the medication after 2 doses is significantly reduced or disappeared,with no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion：the prescription to psoralen,angelica sinensis,rhizoma cibotii benefit hepatorenal,nourishing yin and blood,marrow and replenishing essence to fill the governor and effect a permanent cure,clematis,zaocys dhumnades,papaya,brazilwood,gentiana,salvia miltiorrhiza,cold coagulation,rheumatism,pain,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis to take temporary solution,kudzu was lifted,cited the drug dependent rib priorities,governance of various bi and satsukai,the medicine work together,can activate blood circulation,expelling wind and removing dampness,relieving pain Xiaobi,used for cervical vertebra hyperosteogeny treated,can play a better clinical effect.
