摘要
为月季花多糖的开发应用提供理论依据,采用响应面法对月季花多糖的提取工艺进行了优化。结果显示:以料液比1∶60,在70℃下回流提取48min,月季花多糖提取率最高(1.426%)。在最优条件下进行3次验证试验得到的实际平均粗多糖得率为1.414%,与理论值的相对误差为0.84%,说明该优化方法合理、可行。
To provide the theoretical basis for development and utilization of polysaccharide from R.chinensis.Response surface analysis(RSA) was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide from R.chinensis.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were ratio of liquid to solid 1∶60,extraction temperature 70℃ and extraction time 48 min,under these conditions the yield of polysaccharide from R.chinensis was 1.426%.The relative error between actual values and predicted values was 0.84%.These results demonstrated that this method was rational and feasible.
