摘要
目的:观察重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对慢性精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍(TD)患者的治疗效果。方法:运用rTMS对36例慢性精神分裂症TD患者进行治疗,共12周,用异常不自主运动量表(AIMS)评估。结果:rTMS对TD患者的显效率为56.5%,治疗后AIMS评分显著下降[基线(9.1±2.8)分,治疗以后(3.4±1.6)分,P<0.01]。结论:rTMS可减轻慢性精神分裂症TD患者的不自主运动症状。
Objective：To explore the treatment of the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation（rTMS） on chronic schizophrenia,tardive dyskinesia（TD） patient.Method：36 TD patients with chronic schizophrenia were treated by rTMS for 12 weeks,with the abnormal involuntary movement scale（AIMS） assessment.Results：the markedly effective rate was 56.5%,AMS score decreased after treatment [baseline（9.1±2.8）,after treatment（3.4±1.6）,P〈0.01].Conclusion：rTMS can reduce the symptoms of involuntary movement of TD Patients with chronic schizophrenia.
