摘要 目的探讨八段锦锻炼联合脑电生物反馈在精神分裂症中的应用。方法将84例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各42例,对照组接受常规护理及康复锻炼,观察组在常规护理基础上实施脑电生物反馈联合八段锦锻炼,观察两组认知功能及脂代谢水平。结果两组患者治疗后脂代谢及认知功能均有改善,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论八段锦锻炼联合脑电生物反馈治疗能有效调节精神分裂症患者脂代谢水平,提高患者认知功能。 Objective To explore the application of Eight Duanjin Exercise and EEG Biofeedback Therapy in schizophrenia. Methods 84 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing care and rehabilitation training, the observation group was given routine nursing care and EEG biofeedback combined with eight Duanjin exercise. The cognitive function and lipid metabolism of the two groups were observed. Results The lipid metabolism and cognitive function were improved after treatment in both groups, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The combined Eight Duanjin Exercise and EEG Biofeedback Therapy can effectively regulate lipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia, improve the cognitive function of patients, and deserve clinical promotion.
