摘要
采用响应曲面分析法和中心组合试验设计,对自制无机高分子复合絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁硼镁(PSAFBM)絮凝处理印染废水进行考察,以废水的pH、絮凝剂投加量为考察因素,以COD(?)、脱色率为指标,分别建立考察因素和指标间的二次多项式响应曲面模型。模型优化结果显示,在投加量0.63g,废水pH为6.1条件下,COD(?),去除率和脱色率分别可达86.15%和96.54%。经过试验验证,其试验值与模型计算值相对误差小于5%,该方法对优化絮凝处理印染废水具有一定指导意义。
In this paper, response surface methodology (RSM) and central composite design (CCD) were used to study the flocculation treatment effect of the self-made inorganic high molecule composite floc-culant-polyaluminium silicate aluminum ferrum boron magnesium (PSAFBM) on printing and dyeing wastewater. Taking the pH and flocculant dosage as the investigating factors and the CODcr and decolorization ratio as indexes, the quadratic polynomial response surface models of investigating factors and indexes were established respectively. The model optimization showed that under the condition of 0. 63 g dosage and wastewater pH of 6. 1, CODCr removal ratio and decolorization ratio could reach 86. 15% and 96.54% respectively. The experiments proved that the relative error between the measured data and modeling results was less than 5%, which showed RSM had directive significance for printing and dyeing wastewater flocculation treatment optimization to certain degree.
