摘要
对美国联邦图书馆法、丹麦图书馆法、韩国图书馆法、印度公共图书馆法的发展与特点进行分析,为我国图书馆法的制定提供经验借鉴,主要包括重视法律的修改和完善,政府及相关机构积极推动,设置图书馆专业委员会和保障图书馆专项经费等。
The paper researches on the development and features of American federal library act, Danish library act, South korea library act, Indian public library act. It is believed that Chinese library act can learn some inspirations： setting should pay attention to revise and improve the law, and keep pace with the times; persistent revision; government and other institutions promoted actively; setring a lihrary professional committees; proteeting library special funds and so on.
