摘要
《图书馆服务法》于2000年5月经丹麦议会审议通过,是目前丹麦图书馆服务活动的根本大法,其中对复合图书馆建设、馆际互借系统建设和有偿服务问题等作了具体规定。其后颁布的《与图书馆服务有关的部长指令》则对《图书馆服务法》涉及的相关项目作了更为详尽的规定。丹麦图书馆法的立法过程对我国图书馆立法有一定的启示意义,我国今后的的图书馆立法中应明确图书馆有偿服务范围、重视馆际互借、明确图书馆罚款的法律地位。
The Act Regarding Library Service approved by parliament in May,2000,is the fundamental law on Danish library services,which prescribes the hybrid library,inter-library loan system and paid services.The Ministerial Order Regarding Library Services published after the Act Regarding Library Service provides more details about provisions involved in the Act Regarding Library Service.The legislative process of library law in Denmark has certain reference meaning to the legislation of Chinese libraries.Chinese libraries should specify the service area and the legal status of library fines,and pay attention to the inter-library loan in the legislation in the future.
