摘要
目的观察辨证论治联合梅花针放血治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法采用辨证分为2型(血虚风燥型、脾虚湿蕴型,分别以当归饮子、当归拈痛汤加减)对30例慢性湿疹患者应用中医辨证加梅花针放血治疗,并与西药对照组30例对照疗效。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率为分别为86.6%、56.6%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证联合梅花针放血治疗慢性湿疹对减轻瘙痒和减少复发明显优于西医治疗慢性湿疹。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of treatment based on syndrome differentiation plum blossom needle for the treatment of Chronic eczema. Methods A treatment group of 30 Chronic eczema cases was treated with treatment based on syndrome differentiation and plum blossom needle, a control group of 30 cases was randomly established and treatedwith Western medicine. Results The effective rate was 86.6% in the treatment group and 56.6% in the control group,The effect was significantly better in the treatment than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effects of combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and blossom needle were superior to that in the group by only western medicine.
