微创经皮置入锁定钢板固定在胫骨骨折中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮置入锁定钢板固定在胫骨骨折中的临床应用价值。方法 2009年10月~2010年10月我院骨科收治64例胫骨远端骨折患者,随机分为微创组(32例)和传统组(32例)两组。微创组采用微创经皮置入锁定钢板固定,传统组采用传统切开复位加钢板内固定;术后比较两组的手术时间、出血量、住院天数和骨折临床愈合时间,以及相关并发症的发生率。结果微创组的手术时间、出血量、住院天数、骨折临床愈合时间为(60±15)min、(50±30)mL、(8.8±0.8)d、(13.9±8.8)周,分别低于传统组的(72±20)min、(100±50)mL、(18.0±2.1)d、(17.0±1.8)周,两组比较差异有统计学意义;微创组无严重并发症发生,与传统组发生并发症比较,差异有统计学意义。结论微创经皮置入锁定钢板固定较传统切开复位加内固定术创伤较小、术中出血少、术后患者康复较快、并发症较少、治愈率高,最终改善预后,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application significance of minimally invasive surgery with fixed lock plate percutaneous in treating the tibia fractures. Methods All 64 cases tibia fractures were enrolled into the study, of which 32 cases were treated with minimal invasive surgery with fixed lock plate percutaneous, and 32 cases underwent traditional open reduction surgery. And the surgery time, bleeding quantity, in-hospital time, recovery time and incidence rate of related complications were analyzed. Results Minimally invasive group showed obviously better efficacy in shorten surgery time, in-hospital, recovery time and decreasing bleeding quantity compared with the traditional group (P 〈 0.05 ). Moreover, the minimally invasive group showed lower incidence rate of complications compared with traditional group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery with fixed lock plate percutaneous has the obvious advantages as less trauma, less bleeding, rapid recovery, fewer complications, higher efficacy, better prognosis which deserves clinical promotion.
