在发展低碳经济的全球大背景下,云南省普洱市具有得天独厚的天然优势,同时也面临着巨大挑战,普洱市应抓住荣获"中国十佳绿色城市"称号的机会,找准定位,积极开发新能源,优化升级产业结构,变革居民消费方式,走出一条有普洱特色的低碳经济发展路子。
When the whole world is developing low carbon economy, Puer in Yunnan province has the natural advantages and also faces a lot challenges at the same time, Puer should grab the opportunity of having the honor of ＂ten best green cities in China＂ and actively develop new fuel, adjust industrial structure and change consume mode, develop low carbon economy with the special feature of Puer.
