摘要
以有限元结构静力学分析的相关理论为基础,利用ANSYS软件对翻卷机中的液压缸各部件在承受轴向力时进行有限元分析,得到活塞杆、活塞、导向套和缸筒的应力及变形分布云图,并对其强度校核,从而提高整体性能.
Based on the finite element structure statics analysis theory, finite-element analysis of hydraulic cylinder various pans when enduring the axial loads was carried on by ANSYS software. Based on this, the intension check to the hydraulic cylinder is carried on, and it ensures the safety of the hydraulic cylinder when enduring the axial loads.
