摘要
以厦漳跨海大桥主桥钢箱梁的架设过程为背景,通过对钢箱梁节段的有限元计算,优化了安装吊点,将原来的少点数、应力集中情况优化为多吊点、应力分散的良好架设安装状态;对钢箱梁吊装梁段的自振特性进行研究,以指导施工过程中使用具有振动现象的机械设备;分析计算桥面吊机附近瞬态工作最大应力,以掌握施工中最不利工作应力,确保安全施工。
For this study, the installation process of the steel box girder of the main bridge of Xiazhang Sea-Crossing Bridge was taken as the background. The lifting points for installation were optimized through the finite element calculation of the steel box girder sections. Originally, there was a small number of lifting points and the problem of stress concentration also existed, after the optimization, a sound installation condition of multiple lifting points and good stress distribution were created. The natural vibration property of the sections of the steel box girder was studied to guide the application of the equipments which showed vibration during the construction process. The maximum stress near the derrick crane under the transient working condition was analyzed and calculated, so as to control the most ~nfavorable working stress during the construction process / and ensure the safety of the construction.
