摘要
本文首先介绍了节能建筑的推广主体,分析了各主体推广节能建筑的强度,探讨了各主体之间的相互影响和制约关系,并提出了其关系模式。在此基础上,研究了推广建筑节能的动力机制,主要包括建筑节能社会环境、建筑节能市场、外在动力和内在动力等宏观因素和微观因素。最后,指出了节能建筑推广时常见的问题,并提出了相应的措施。
This paper first introduces the main bodies to promote energy-efficiency buildings, analyses the promoting intensity of each one and then discusses the interaction and constraint between them, thus proposing a relationship model. On this basis, we exponds the promoting motivation,including both the macro and micro factors such as the social environment and market of energy-efficiency in buildings, the extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, etc. Finally, we points out the common problems and the corresponding measures to promote energy-efficiency buildings.
