摘要
文明势差是东西方权力关系的决定因素,语言势差结构的根本是"文明势差;""语言势差"是"文明势差"在语言体系中的移植,由人类进化的不平衡造成,不受权力支配和控制。权力是语言势差和文明势差起作用的先决条件和后殖民语言现象的决定因素的观点是错误的。
Potential disparity of civilization is the decisive factor of power relation between the Orient and the Occident,and the essence of ＂language potential disparity structure＂ which is transplanted from civilization potential disparity into language system and caused by unbalance of evolution of man,but not dominated and controlled by power.It is not the case that power is the precondition of language potential and civilization potential,and the decisive factor of post-colonial languages.
