摘要
目的探讨CT在胰腺单发转移瘤与胰腺癌鉴别诊断中的价值。资料与方法回顾分析13例经穿刺细胞学、术后病理及临床随访证实的胰腺单发转移瘤的CT表现,并与53例经病理证实的胰腺癌的CT表现进行对比。所有病例行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果胰腺单发转移瘤与胰腺癌在病灶分布、形态与边缘、周围血管侵犯、胰管及胆管扩张、胰腺体尾部萎缩等方面有较大差异。结论 CT有助于鉴别胰腺单发转移与胰腺癌。
Objective To explore the value of CT in differential diagnosis of single pancreatic metastasis and pancreatic cancer.Materials and Methods CT features of 13 cases of pancreatic solitary metastasis and 53 cases of pancreatic cancer which have been pathologically and clinically confirmed were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients performed CT plain scan and enhanced scan examinations.Results There was significant difference of the location,shape and margin,vascular involvement,ductal obstruction and atrophy of pancreatic body and tail between single pancreatic metastasis and pancreatic cancer.Conclusion CT is useful in the differential diagnosis of single pancreatic metastasis and pancreatic cancer.
