摘要
目的探讨人乳腺癌组织、癌旁正常乳腺组织中Survivin、HSP70和Fas的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测36例患者的乳腺癌组织及癌旁正常乳腺组织标本中Survivin、HSP70和Fas蛋白的表达情况。结果 Sur2vivin、HSP70和Fas在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为83.3%、86.1%和52.8%,在癌旁组织中表达率分别为41.7%、63.9%和97.2%。Survivin、HSP70在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常乳腺组织,而Fas在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁正常乳腺组织。Survivin、HSP70和Fas的表达与年龄、病理类型、肿瘤直径、HER22无显著性差异(P>0.05);Survivin和HSP70的表达率在有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),而Fas的表达率在有淋巴结转移组明显低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);且Survivin在ER(-)/PR(-)组表达率高(P<0.05)。Survivin与Fas表达呈负相关(r=-0.423,P<0.05);Survivin与HSP70表达无明显相关性(r=0.251,P>0.05)。结论 Survivin、HSP70上调及Fas下调可能在乳腺癌发生发展中起着一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of survivin,HSP70 and Fas proteins in the breast carcinoma tissue and paracancerous tissue.Methods The expression of survivin,HSP70 and Fas proteins was detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC) in 36 breast cancer and paired paracancerous tissues.Results The positive expression of survivin,HSP70 and Fas proteins in breast cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues was 83.3%,86.1%,52.8% and 41.7%,63.9%,97.2%,respectively.The rates of expression of survivin and HSP70 in the breast carcinoma tissues were higher than those in the paracancerous tissues.On the contrary,the rate of expression of Fas in the breast carcinoma tissues was lower than that in the paracancerous tissues.The expressions of survivin,HSP70 and Fas had no correlation with age,pathological type,tumor diameter and HER-2(P0.05).The rates of expression of survivin,HSP70 in lymph node metastasis group were obviously higher than those in without lymph node metastasis group(P0.05).On the contrary,the rate of expression of Fas in lymph node metastasis group was lower than that in without lymph node metastasis group(P0.05).The rate of expression of survivin in ER(+)/PR(+) group was obviously higher than that in ER(-)/PR(-)group(P0.05).There was negative correlation between the expression of survivin and Fas(r=-0.423,P0.05),and there was no marked correlation between the expression of survivin and HSP70(r=0.251,P0.05).Conclusion The up-regulation of survivin and HSP70,and the down-regulation of Fas may be associated with the occurrence and progression of breast cancer.
