“一课同上”在护理专业实践课的实施与反思

摘要 目的:为深化教学改革,提升护理实践教学效果,加强师资队伍建设。方法:选取护理专业核心课程的一节实践课作为活动内容,以江苏联合职业技术学院护理专业协作委员会为平台开展"一课同上"活动。结果:充分展现实践教学的多样化及有效性。结论:推进实践教学改革的有效实施,加强教师队伍素质建设;促进校际之间的学习交流,提升一批教师的教学实践水平;充分调动学生的学习积极性,提高了实践教学效果。 Objective: To deepen the teaching reform, enhance teaching effectiveness of nursing practice, and strengthen the teaching staff. Methods: To choose a practical lesson of core courses of nursing specialty as the content of the activity, and conduct "Different-classconfiguration" activity by taking Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College nursing joint committee as a platform. Results: Fully shows the variety and effectiveness of teaching practice. Conclusion: To promote the effective implementation of practice teaching reform, strengthen the construction of the quality of teachers; promote exchanges among schools in learning, enhance the level of teaching practice of a group of teachers; fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students and improve teaching effectiveness of the practice teaching.
