摘要
高职院校毕业生职业素质水平与市场要求差距甚大,且高职院校目前采用的职业素质教育方式教学效果欠佳。围绕"敬业精神、责任意识、诚信品质、团队合作、开拓创新"等主题,以"体验式"项目为载体对新生开展为期2天1夜的职业素质集训,可以创设情境,为学生创造主动建构知识的环境与平台,以一种崭新的教学方式,培养学生的学习动机,调动学生的学生积极性,取得较好的职业素质教育效果。
The level of the graduates＇ professional manner in Vocational Colleges is far below the market expectation.And the teaching effect of the current teaching methods is not good.Around the theme of ＂professionalism,sense of responsibility,integrity,teamwork,innovation＂,the assembled training of freshmen in experiential teaching projects for two days and one night will provide the appropriate scenarios for students to proactively build the environment and platform of acquiring knowledge.It is a brand-new teaching approach to cultivate the students＇ learning motive and stimulate their learning enthusiasm,and helps to achieve a better teaching effect in improving the professional manner.
