摘要
目的:探讨负压封闭引流联合在足跟、踝部软组织缺损中的应用。方法:对10例创伤后足跟、踝部的外伤,骨、肌腱外露难治创面采用清创后VSD治疗7—10天,行腓肠浅动脉皮瓣覆盖创面。结果:皮瓣成活创面愈合,全都一次成功。结论:创面清创后VSD应用,再行腓肠浅动脉皮瓣覆盖创面,是治疗足跟、踝部的外伤,骨、肌腱外露的良好选择。
Objective： To explore the combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the heel, ankle soft tissue defect in the application of. Methods： 10 cases of traumatic posterior heel, ankle injury, bone, tendon exposed after debridement of refractory wound by VSD for 7 - 10 days, the superficial sural artery flap for coverage of wounds. Results： flap survival in wound healing, all a success. Conclusion： debridement of wound surface after the VSD application, then the supet-ficial sural artery flap for coverage of wounds, is the treatment of heel, ankle injury, bone, tendon exposure with a good choice.
