摘要
目的:总结开腹胆囊切除术的术中注意要点,减少术后并发症,提高手术安全性。方法:对本科2008年2月～2011年3月55例开腹胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:55例患者均具有手术的适应证,手术平均时间为40.06min,住院平均时间为6.23d,无术中胆道损伤、术后出血、胆漏、切口感染等并发症。结论:术前认真的评估、切口充分暴露、术中细心操作、术后正确引流等环节是确保开腹胆囊切除术的关键,是减少并发症,提高手术安全性的"护身符"。
Objective： To summarize the attention in points about cholecystectomy with laparotomy, reduce the postoperative complications, and improve the safety of operation. Methods： Chose the patients with cystic resection about 55 patients who were retrospectively analysed from February 2008 to March 2011. Results： 55 patients all had the indications for surgical operation, the average time of laparotomy was 40.06 min, hospital for an average of 6.23 d, had not intraoperative biliary injury, postoperative bleeding, bile leakage, infection of incision complication. Conclusion： Preoperative seriously evaluation, incision exposed and operation in careful operation, postoperative drainage are to ensure that the correct link instead of cystic resection key, they are the ＂amulet＂ to reduce the complications and improve the safety of the operation.
