摘要
目的:讨论胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的术前注意要点。方法:回顾2004年12月至2008年12月应用带膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗DebakeyⅢ型胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤10例资料。结果:10例患者带膜支架腔内隔绝破口封堵均一次成功。结论:带膜支架腔内隔绝术适应于DebakeyⅢ型胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤,应注意手术时机及胸腹主动脉部成角及内径影响带膜支架的置入。
Objective： To explore endovascular intervention placement for the treatment of thoracic aortic dissection aneurysm. Methods： Reviewing 10 patients with DeBakey type Ⅲ thoracic aortic dissection aneurysm, who accepted endovascular graft exclusion by the application of imported stent-grafts in our department during the period between December 2004 and December 2008. The aneurysms were accurately measured, and the grafts were carefully selected. Monitored by DSA, the grafts were carried to the area near the fissure. Thus, the fissure was sealed. Results： Technical success was achieved in the 10 cases. Conclusion： Endovascular intervention placement for the treatment of thoracic aortic dissection aneurysm had a high successful rate and validity, minimal traumatism and safety orecautions, which is of great oractical significance.
