摘要
目的:对三拗汤加味治疗呼吸性疾病效应物质部位进行分离提取研究。方法:将三拗汤加味(原药材总计19.08kg)进行水煎煮并挥发油提取,得到挥发油部分和水提液部分。将水提液浓缩后醇沉,醇溶液回收溶剂至无醇后,依次用环己烷(4次)、乙酸乙酯(3次)、正丁醇(7次)萃取,最后共得到8个部分样品。结果:得到三拗汤加味各部分含量。结论:本研究为三拗汤加味效应物质部位的进一步成分分析和分离,系统效应评价等奠定了基础。
Objective : We research the extracting and separating on the hio-active fractions which treat respiratory diseases in Sanao tang jiawei. Methods : Sanao tang jiawei ( 19.08kg ) was extracted by boiling water and collecting the essential oil, then concentrate the decoction under reduced pressure, add 95% ethanol in the concentration, the solution was filtered, and ethanol was removed under reduced pressure. The resuhing solution was partitioned by cyclohexane ( four times ), ethyl acetate ( three times ), and n-butyl alcohol ( seven times ) in order. Eventually eight fractions was obtained. Results :, Contents between Sanao tang jiawei. Conclusion :The research establish the foundation for analyzing and separating the bio-active fractions of Sanao tang jiawei and systematically evaluating their biological activities.
