三拗汤加味对哮喘豚鼠肺内嗜酸细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察三拗汤加味(SATJW)对哮喘豚鼠肺内EOS凋亡的影响。方法:60只豚鼠分为正常组、哮喘模型组、中药3个剂量组及博利康尼组,末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的脱氧三磷酸尿嘧啶缺口末端标记(TdT-mediated dUTPnick end labelling,TUNEL)技术原位标记细胞凋亡,计算机图像分析技术对气道壁EOS浸润和EOS凋亡进行定量检测,电镜观察BALF中凋亡细胞形态学改变。结果:哮喘模型组豚鼠支气管壁浸润显著增多,肺内凋亡细胞较少;各SATJW组EOS的浸润量较哮喘模型组有明显降低,凋亡较哮喘模型组明显。BALF中SATJW组电镜下见嗜酸性细胞染色质浓缩、边集、聚集在核膜周边,胞核发生固缩,胞膜皱缩等凋亡现象。结论:SATJW在哮喘发生过程中有诱导EOS凋亡的作用。
