摘要
介绍了1种可用于石油井下的双U型振动管式流体密度传感器。该传感器由双U型管及电磁激振装置构成,通过安装基座中的管线使2支U型管形成流体单向通道,电磁激振装置产生电磁力使双U型管产生谐振并维持其振荡。为满足传感器的应用环境要求,U型管采用低温度弹性系数、耐高压、抗腐蚀的合金材料制成,激振装置中的电磁线圈与磁芯均采用高温材料。测试结果表明,该传感器性能指标达到了设计要求,能够满足井下仪器对流体密度测量的需求。该传感器已应用于渤海油田探井井下流体密度测量中。
Introduced is a new downhole double U vibration tubes liquid density sensor. The sensor consists of double U type tubes and electromagnetic exciting device. The two U type tubes form a single way flow channel by tube assembled on the base. The electromagnetic exciting device generates power to excite and maintain the resonance of the U type tube. The U tube is manufactured with low TEC, high pressure-resistant, and corrosion-resistant alloy material to meet the requirement of sensor application environment. High temperature material is used in the elec- tromagnetic coil and magnetic core of exciting device. Test results show that the sensor performance meets the design requirements and can be used in downhole fluid density measurement. Now the sensor has already been used in exploration well in Bohai oilfield.
