摘要
从主观感受和物理量限制两方面提出排气系统声学舒适度的制约条件;指出汽车消声器若干重要的设计原则;推荐了一种特殊结构的消声器,阐述其设计理论,并相应地列举几个消声器优化设计实例,试验结果表明效果良好。最后首次提出"汽车消声器综合评价指数",使不同类型、不同容积和不同性能的消声器有了可比性。
The constraints for the acoustic comfort of exhaust system are presented from two aspects of subjective feel and physical limitations. Some design principles for vehicle exhaust muffler are pointed out. A new type of muffler with special structure is recommended with its design theory illustrated and a few corresponding real examples of muffler optimization design given, all of which show fairly good effects according to test results. Finally overall evaluation indices for automotive exhaust muffler is put forward for the first time, by which mufflers of different types, different volumes and different performances can be compared.
