随着网民数量的不断攀升,网络日益成为民众发布信息、表达民意的平台,同时为政府了解民意、改善民生提供了一个新的视角。如何正确分析和界定网络舆情,不断提高地方政府网络执政能力,实现构建社会主义和谐社会目标,成为政府必须关注的重大课题。
With the rising number of Internet users,network is increasingly becoming the platform of the public to release information,expressed opinion,and for the government to understand the people,improve people＇s livelihood to provide a new perspective.How to correctly judged that the network of public opinion,improving the network＇s ability to administer internet,achieving the goal of building a socialist harmonious society,the local authority must focus on this issues.
