摘要
建设和谐社会是我国改革发展的主要目标,也是时代赋予政府的历史使命。和谐社会目标的提出对党的执政能力提出了更高的要求。当前建设和谐社会,关键在于转变政府职能,而打造公共服务型政府是政府职能转变的根本目标。
Building the harmonious society is the main task of our country＇s reform and development, it is the government historical mission as well. Building the harmonious society sets a higher request to the party＇s office power ability. The author thinks that it＇s the key to building harmonious society to shift governmental functions,.and to make a public service government is the basic goal of the government＇s transformation of functions.
