摘要
以乙醇为浸提溶剂,对枸杞色素的提取条件进行了单因素试验,并用正交试验对枸杞色素的提取工艺条件进行了优选。枸杞色素的乙醇浸提液紫外可见吸收光谱表明,枸杞色素的特征吸收波长为395 nm,优选出的枸杞色素提取条件为:以1 g∶20 mL的体积比加入浓度为60%的乙醇溶液,80℃下浸提3次,每次2 h。
The extraction conditions of Lycium pigment was studied with the ethanol solvent. Based on the single factor tests the optimum extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test. The ultraviolet-visible spectrum showed that the absorption peak of the ethanol-pigment-solution exists at 395 nm. The optimum extraction condition was performed at 80℃ with 3 times(each for 2 hours) by the 1 g/20 mL 60 % ethanol solvent.
