摘要
分析了已被广泛应用于烟气脱硫(FGD)工艺评价中的模糊综合评价法的缺点,提出灰色关联层次法进行FGD综合评价的理论,研究解决评价指标难以准确量化和统计的问题,排除人为因素带来的影响。探讨了从环保性能、经济性能、技术性能和系统适应性能4个方面综合评价FGD工艺,由4个一级评价指标和18个二级评价指标构成了FGD评价指标体系。建立灰色评价模型,计算关联系数,用层次分析法确定权重系数,通过加权求和完成灰色判断,根据最大关联度原则选取最优FGD工艺。并以典型的5种FGD工艺针对A电厂进行实际计算,比较了灰色关联层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的评价过程及结论,认为灰色关联层次分析法评价结果与实际相符。
The present paper is inclined to propose a grey method andits use for the analytic process in evaluating flue gas desulfurization technology. As is well known, fuzzy methods are widely used today in evaluating the flue gas desulphurization (FGD). However, it remains a myth how to quantify the evaluation indexes. Therefore, it is neces- sary for us to combine the grey method and the analytic hierarchy pro- cess into one so as to prove why it is necessary to choose the FGD technology. To this end, the method we suggest here in this paper can be of help to solve the quantitative and statistic problem of evalu- ation indexes, because our method is in a position to exclude the e- valuation results more objectively and accurately for the influence of human factors. Analyzing the current common evaluation system for FGD, we have taken into full account the four main aspects, includ- ing the environment, economy, technology, and the suitability in FGD technology. Based on the above analysis, we have established a FGD evaluation index system consisting of 4 first-level indexes and 18 sec- ond-level indexes. In so doing, we have carried out the evaluation process as follows: First of all, we have established the integrated grey evaluation model. Next, we' ve chosen a set of grey evaluation goals and a set of factors influencing the evaluation goals. And, then, we have defined the optimal values of each evaluation factor. Last of all, we have worked out weighted factors by means of the ana- lytic hierarchy process (AHP), which helps to reduce the interfer- ence of subjective factors effectively. As a result, the comprehensive evaluation index of each FGD has been gained by taking into account all the involved factors with the help of the weighted summation method. And, finally, all that has been done above has enabled us to build up the best technology of FGD in accordance with the maximum grey relational grade rule.
