摘要
在对单一评价方法和"组合评价"方法存在问题分析的基础上,提出了评价方法的"两两集成"概念,介绍了"两两集成"的基本机理,并给出了几种评价方法的"两两集成"解决方案。
On the basis of analyzing single evaluation method and ＂combination evaluation＂ method, this text puts forward ＂one- one integrating＂ concept, introduces the basic mechanism of ＂one- one integrating＂, and gives the ＂one-one integrating＂ solution on several kinds of evaluation methods.
