摘要
目的探讨p57kip2蛋白在贲门癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测60例贲门癌和20例正常贲门组织(对照组)中p57kip2的表达情况,分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果贲门癌组织中p57kip2蛋白表达率为43.4%(26/60),明显低于正常贲门黏膜中的表达率90%(18/20)(P<0.01);p57kip2的表达在不同临床分期及不同分化程度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在有无淋巴结转移上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 p57kip2参与贲门癌的发生、发展,可作为判定贲门癌恶性程度的重要生物学指标,可能在贲门癌的侵袭和转移过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of p57kip2 in gastric cardia cancer.Methods The expressions of p57kip2 in 60 case of gastric cardia cancer and 20 normal gastric cardia specimen were detected with immunohistochemical S-P methods to analyze the correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Results The positive rate of p57kip2 was 43.4% in gastric cardia cancer,much lower than that in the normal cardia mucosa（90.0%）（P0.01）.There was significant difference in the expression of p57kip2 protein in different clinical stages and different differentiation grades（P0.05）,and no significant difference between the patients with lymph node metastasis and those with no lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion p57kip2 participates the occurrence and the development of gastric cardia cancer,and properly plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cardia cancer.It can be regarded as an important biologic index of the diagnosis of gastric cardia cancer.
