摘要
目的检测和评价广西某市的X射线机影像质量控制和机房防护效果。方法影像质量控制检测按照医用X射线诊断设备影像质量控制检测规范(WS/T 189-1999)中有关内容进行检测,机房防护均在监测点外30 cm处取点。结果 2009和2010年X射线摄影设备各项指标检测除光野与照射野偏离合格率低(80.0%、68.2%)以外,其余均在93.1%～100.0%之间,透视设备各检测指标均符合标准。医院对防护的重视程度市级医院好于乡镇及民营医院。结论该市医用X射线机运行情况存在一些问题,应建立和完善X射线诊断设备的影像质量控制及机房防护检测制度。
[Objective]To inspect and evaluate the X-ray machine image quality control and room protection effect in A city of Guangxi Province. [Methods]Image quality control testing was based on the requirements of ＂specification of image quality control tests for the medical X-ray diagnostic equipment＂（WS/T 189-1999）,room protective points were outside the protection 30 cm away from the monitoring point. [Results]Except for low qualified rates of light field and radiation field division in 2009and 2010,the rest testing indicators of the X-ray photographic equipment ranged from 93.1%~100.0%.The indicators of fluoroscopy equipment were all met the requirements.The test results of municipal hospitals were better than rural hospitals and private hospitals, [Conclusion]Some problems exist in operation of medical X-ray machine in this city.It is necessary to establish and improve X-ray machine image quality control and room protection inspection system.
