摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定金匮肾气丸中马钱苷的方法。方法采用HPLC法测定。色谱柱:Agilent XDB C_18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸(10:10:80);检测波长:236nm;体积流量:1.0mL/min。结果马钱苷在0.042～2.100μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.84%,RSD为0.83%(n=6)。结论本方法稳定、可靠,可作为金匮肾气丸的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to cletermlne logamH H, J, -1 Loganin was assayed on an Agilent XDB C18 （250 minx4.6 ram, 5 pro） column, the mobile phase composed of methanol- acetonitrile- 0.1% phosphoric acid solution （10 ： 10 ： 80） at a flow rate 1.0 mL/min, the determination wavelength was 236 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.042-2.100 pg （r=0.999 8）. The average recovery of loganin was 98.84% with RSD 0.83% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is proved to be simple, reliable, accurate, repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Jinkui Shenqi Pills.
