边缘性脑炎与相关抗体的研究现状 被引量：11

摘要 20世纪60年代，Brierley等和Corsellis等首先报道了选择性累及边缘性结构（海马、杏仁核、下丘脑等）的一类中枢神经系统炎性疾病，称为边缘性脑炎（limbic encephalitis，LE）。由于最初的病例多伴有小细胞肺癌、乳腺癌以及淋巴瘤等，通常认为LE与肿瘤相关，或称之为副肿瘤性边缘性脑炎（paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis，PLE）。伴有癫痫发作，
