69例下颌骨缺损后不同术式重建的临床回顾性分析 被引量：3

A retrospective analysis of different reconstruction methods for 69 patients with mandibular defects

摘要 对69例下颌骨缺损后自体骨重建术后的病例进行临床回顾性分析,评价各种术式的优缺点。本组38例采用了游离肋骨移植术,术后面部畸形明显;25例采用游离髂骨移植术;6例用血管化游离腓骨加小型钛板移植内固定。血管化的腓骨及髂骨瓣显示了较好的效果。 69 patients with mandibular defects were treated by different methods of autogenenous bone transplantation.38 patients adopted free costal transplantation,25 free ilium transplantation and 6 fibula free flaps with titanium mini plate.The vascularized fibula and ilium showed better effects for the functional reconstruction.
