摘要
目的:探讨黄芩茎叶总黄酮对模拟AD大鼠学习记忆的影响及抗氧化机制。方法:实验采用雄性Wistar大鼠,双侧海马注射Aβ25-35制备痴呆模型,水迷宫实验观察大鼠学习记忆能力,检测大鼠血清中SOD活性及MDA含量。结果:与模型组相比总黄酮组能明显缩短大鼠寻找平台潜伏期,SOD活性明显升高,氧化产物MDA含量明显降低。结论:黄芩茎叶总黄酮能明显减轻大鼠海马注射Aβ所致的学习记忆能力下降,其机制可能与其升高抗氧化酶活性有关。
Objective: To explore the effect of SSTF on learning and memory in rats and its anti-oxidative mechanism. Method:Aβ25-35 was administered in bilateral hippocampus of wistar male rats to make AD model.Morris Water Maze was used to observe the rats learning and memory.The activity of SOD and content of MDA in serum were detected. Result:In SSTF group,the latency finding the hidden platform on 6th day significantly decreased,the activity of SOD significantly increased,content of MDA significantly decreased compared with those of model group. Conclusion:SSTF could attenuate the learning and memory dysfunction,the mechanism might be related to its anti-oxidative effect.
