摘要
目的:利用紫外-可见光谱和薄层色谱对黄芩茎叶进行鉴别。方法:采用紫外-可见光谱法分别对石油醚、氯仿、无水乙醇、水4种溶剂的黄芩茎叶浸出液进行紫外-可见光谱扫描,并测定其吸收峰数目和其峰位置;采用聚酰胺和硅胶G作为吸附剂对黄芩茎叶进行薄层展开,观察其成分的分离情况。结果:紫外-可见光谱中不同提取溶剂提取同一种样品时,所得的吸收峰数目及峰位置都有差异;薄层色谱中采用不同的吸附剂和展开剂,均能使黄芩成分得到较好分离。结论:这两种方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于黄芩茎叶的快速鉴别。
Objective:To identify stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis georgi by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV- visible spectra) and thin-layer chromatography(TLC). Methods:The extracts of petroleum ether,chloroform,ethanol and water of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis georgi were scanned by UV-visible spectra respectively. The number and position of the absorption peaks were also determined. With polyamide and silica gel G as adsorbent,the TLC of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis georgi was done and the separation of its components were observed. Results:In UV-visible spectra,extracting same sample from different extraction solvent can get different number and position of absorption peaks;in TLC,all different adsorbents and developing solvents can make a good separation of components of Scutellaria baicalensis georgi. Conclusion:Both the two methods are simple,accurate and sensitive,so they can be used for rapid identification of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis georgi.
