摘要
目的探讨胸腺瘤并重症肌无力患者围手术期的有效护理措施。方法回顾性分析28例胸腺瘤并重症肌无力患者的护理措施及效果。结果本组患者完全缓解27例,仅1例发生重症肌无力危象。结论把握严格的用药管理、系统的呼吸道管理,以及严密观察病情并配合有效的心理护理可加快患者康复。
Objective To discuss effi ciency nurse measure of the perioperative patients who had thymoma combining Myasthenia Gravis（MG）.Method To Retrospective analysis 28 patients of thymoma combining Myasthenia Gravis nurse measure and effect.Result 27 patients completely remission,1 patient turned to Myasthenia Gravis crisis.Conclusion To hold the medicine safety principles strictly,systematic nursing of the respiratory tract and the tight observation in coordination eff iciency psychology nursing can prove to come through.
