摘要
在湖南省林业科学院林场苗圃内选择香樟、深山含笑、栾树、鹅掌楸等4个树种的1年生幼苗为试材,对其进行Pb2+胁迫试验,设定Pb2+浓度为0 mg/L(对照)、50 mg/L、400 mg/L、800 mg/L、1 600 mg/L 5个水平,每1个处理重复3次,研究不同Pb2+浓度对4种行道树生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度的Pb2+胁迫能促进幼苗的地径、苗高的生长,但随着浓度的升高生长量下降;低浓度Pb2+胁迫对香樟、栾树、鹅掌楸幼苗苗高的促进作用显著,且对香樟的影响最大,鹅掌楸次之,栾树最小,但这种促进作用对深山含笑不显著;随着Pb2+浓度的增加,各指标下降,其中深山含笑受影响最大;低浓度Pb2+胁迫对4个树种的地径生长均有显著的促进作用,且这种促进作用对于香樟和鹅掌楸的影响相对较强,深山含笑相对较弱,栾树介于两者之间,随着Pb2+浓度的增加,各指标下降,其中深山含笑受影响最大。
The growth effect of Pb stress were tested on one-year-old seedlings of 4 avenue tree species as Cinnamomum camphora, Michelia maudiae, Koelreuteria paniculatct and Liriodendron chinense in the experimental nursery of Hunan Academy of Forestry. The Pb2+ concentration was arranged such levels as control (no Pb2+ ) , 50 mg/L, 400 mg/L, 800 mg/L and 1 600 mg/L, each with 3 replicates. The results showed that: (1) Pb stress with lower Pb2+ concentration stimulated the height growth and ground diameter growth, which then decreased with the increasing Pb2+ concentration. (2) There is significant effects of height growth on C. camphora, K. paniculata and L. chinense, and the greatest impact on C. camphora, L. chinense second, IC paniculata the minimum, and no significant effects on M. mandiae. With increasing concentration of Pb2 + , the index were all declined, and effected significantly with M. mandaie. (3) There is significant effect of ground diameter growth on 4 avenue tree species, and the greatest impact on C. camphora and L. chinense, K. paniculata second, M. maudiae the minimum. With increasing concentration of Pb2 + , the index were all declined, and affected significandy with M. maudiae.
