摘要
高校教师作为培养信息化人才和进行科研创新的主导力量,其信息技术应用能力对人才的培养质量具有重要影响。该文分析了高等农业院校信息技术师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并从教师培训、引进人才、制度建设等方面提出建议,旨在增强高校师资队伍的水平及竞争力,为高校培养高质量人才提供师资保障。
The teacher in University is the leading force in the information talent cultivating and scientific research,whose ability to apply information technology is important to the quality of the talent cultivation.In this paper,the problems which appear in the construction of information technology teaching staff in agricultural university is analyzed,and some advice is given in many aspects,such as teacher cultivating,the talent introducing,system construction.The research can not only enhance the level and competitiveness of teaching staff,but also supply security and Safeguard for the teacher cultivating of high quality in agricultural university.
