摘要
以人为本是高校二级学院教学管理的新理念。本文系统阐述了人本管理和二级学院的内涵以及在教学管理中实现人本管理的必然性。并针对现今高校二级学院教学管理思想观念滞后、教学管理制度不健全、教学管理队伍基础薄弱等人性缺失现状进行分析探讨,提出从树立人本管理理念、构建人本原则的教学管理制度以及重视教学队伍建设等途径来实现以人为本的高校二级学院教学管理。
Humanism management is a new concept of sub-colleges teaching management in universities.This paper systematically elaborates the connotation of humanism management and provides the concept of sub-colleges.Then it expounds the importance of humanism management in the sub-colleges teaching management.It also analyzes the phenomenon of the loss of Humanism in view of teaching management,management system and management administrator in the sub-colleges.Thus,this paper also puts forward some proposals in order to carry out the humanism management in the teaching management system in sub-colleges of Chinese university.The first proposal is to establish the concept of humanism management.The second one is to construct the teaching administration system on the basis of humanism management and the last one is to reinforce the personnel training and value the construction of teaching faculty.
