介绍了超快速冷却技术在热轧带钢生产中的应用,包括超快速冷却系统的布置,热轧生产线的改造,超快速冷却的过程控制和超快速冷却的数学模型等。热轧带钢采用超快速冷却代替层流冷却可提高其性能。
Application of an ultra-fast cooling（UFC） practice to hot strip was introduced,including the arrange-ment of ultra-fast cooling device,remake of hot rolling production line,process control and mathematic model of ultra-fast cooling.Property of the hot strip can be improved by the use of ultra-fast cooling instead of common laminar flow cooling.
