摘要
为了对磁通切换型轴向磁场永磁(AFFSPM)电机有限元计算过程中电机外围漏磁和剖分精度等问题进行研究,基于有限元计算结果,试制了一台三相12/10极AFFSPM电机样机,并对样机的感应电势进行实测。经过比较感应电势的计算与实测结果,得出在电机有限元模型外围加适当尺寸的虚拟空气罩来计及电机外围漏磁的处理方法是可行的;通过将不同剖分精度下参量的计算结果与其解析结果相比较,并综合比较其自身的变化趋势而得出的剖分精度能够满足设计需要,为AFFSPM电机的深入研究奠定基础。
A 3 - phase 12/10 - pole axial field flux - switching permanent magnet ( AFFSPM ) machine was produced based on the finite element(FE) analysis results to analyze the peripheral flux leakage and meshing precision in the finite element calculation, and its electromotive force(EMF) was tested. The induced electromotive force test and simulation results show that the FE processing method to peripheral flux leakage which adding some fitting dummy air cylinders to the periphery of FE analysis model is feasible. Compared with the calculation results in different meshinG precisions and the analytic result ,and considered the variation of this calculation results themselves ,the meshing precision meets the requirement.
