粉葛片热风干燥工艺参数优化及数学模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用热风干燥试验台对粉葛的热风干燥特性进行研究,探讨不同干燥温度、热风风速、铺料密度对干燥速率的影响,其影响因素大小依序为:干燥温度>干燥风速>铺料密度。利用3种不同干燥速率模型对试验数据进行拟合。发现粉葛热风干燥符合Page方程,即模型拟合F值为1102.35,呈极显著。 Researches on the air-drying characteristics of Pachyrhizua angulatus slice were conducted on the air-drying test machine.The effects of air temperature as well as velocity and material density on the drying rate were also investigated,and the order from high to low was air temperaturevelocitymaterial density.The experimental data was processed base on three different mathematical models,and the result showed that the drying performance of Pachyrhizua angulatus slice,agreed with Page equation(viz.).The F value was 1102.35 Model fitting.showed great significance.
