摘要
以《广州市开发区萝岗区数字影像与规划图集》为例,研究了一种利用大比例尺地形图对高分辨率遥感影像进行处理的方法。本次研究利用QuickBird遥感卫星,采用IHS变换进行数据融合,通过重构DEM进行正射校正,应用几何成像模型进行影像几何纠正;再采用专用的转换程序对精纠正后的影像转换坐标系,将全部影像数据纳入广州独立坐标系统下;最后进行精度统计,其点位中误差为0.965 m,完全满足大比例尺影像图集的精度要求。
In this paper,It study the processing method of a high-resolution remote sensing images using large scale topographic map,and take the image atlas of Luogang district as example.This study used of commercial remote sensing satellite Quickbird,perform data fusion using IHS transform,Execute Ortho-correction by DEM reconstruction,apply Local area method to correct image Rectification.Finally,Transform the coordinate system of corrected image by the conversion procedure,And all images was brought into the reference frame of Guangzhou.Average value of RMS of the corrected image is 0.965 meter.Fully meet the requirements of the large scale image atlas of accuracy.
