摘要
马克思重点研究了资本主义劳动关系的形成条件、形成过程及基本特征,并在此基础上分析和预测了未来共产主义劳动关系的基本特征。他关于劳动关系的基本结论是:劳动关系属于社会生产关系的范畴,它规定着物质资料生产过程中生产资料所有者与劳动者之间的经济利益关系,它由生产资料所有制的性质和状况决定,又在一定程度上影响着产品的分配关系。劳动关系具有历史性,它的产生和演变归根结底是由生产力的发展变化决定的。
Marx studied the formation,development and the basic characteristics of the industrial relations of capitalism. On the basis of this study, he predicted the characteristics of the industrial relations of the future communistic society, and concluded that the nature of industrial relations is decided by the situation of property and the change of industrial relations is ultimately decided by productive forces.
